If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or the addressee not being available to receive or collect the parcel after delivery attempts, you may choose one of the following options:
1. Re-ship Your Order
We’re happy to resend your order once it has been returned to us. A new international shipping fee will apply. We’ll confirm your delivery address and provide a payment link for re-shipping.
2. Store Credit or Refund (Minus Restocking Fee)
If you prefer not to proceed with re-shipping, we can issue a store credit or refund minus a $40 AUD restocking fee to help cover original shipping, packaging, and handling costs.
Please note: Original shipping fees and any shipping insurance are non-refundable.
If we do not hear from you within 7 days of notification, the matter will be closed with no refund issued.
If your order is returned to us due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes, or failure to collect the parcel from customs within the required timeframe, no refund is applicable. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
You may request that your order be re-shipped, however a new international shipping fee will apply, and any applicable duties and taxes will remain the responsibility of the customer upon re-delivery.
