Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to absolutely love your Amor Mama purchase. But if something’s not quite right, don’t stress — we offer returns within 30 days of purchase for eligible items.
What You Can Return
You can return your item if:
It's in original condition (unworn, unwashed, free from marks/scents)
It has all original tags attached
It's returned folded into the Amor Mama laundry bag
Submit your return request within 30 days of purchase (order being marked as fulfilled)

Return Shipping Costs
Australia: $10 return shipping (deducted from refund or charged for exchanges)
International: Customers cover return and re-shipping costs with courier of their choice
Refunds
Refunds are only available on eligible full-priced items
We’ll deduct a $10 return shipping fee for Australian orders
Refunds are processed to the original payment method
If a discount code was used, you’ll be refunded the amount paid (not the original price)
Exchanges
We're happy to offer exchanges, subject to stock availability
$10 exchange shipping fee applies for Australian orders
International customers cover all return and re-shipping fees
If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit (or a refund if eligible)
Store Credit
Store credits are issued as gift cards (with no expiry)
The value will match what you paid for the returned item
Available for all returnable items except final sale
Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards
Unclaimed international parcels returned to sender
Items not returned in re-sellable condition
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. When your order arrives If something's not right:
Email us immediately at customersupport@amormama.com.au with the issue and photographs. once assessed and confirmed as faulty, we’ll offer a refund, exchange, or store credit — and cover return shipping. We are unable to replace damaged items which have already been used/had in posession for a period of time after delivery.

We’re thrilled to ship worldwide — but please note the following:
Return Shipping
As we are unable to generate international return shipping labels, international customers are responsible for shipping returns back to us using a tracked method of choice at their expense.
Exchanges
Customer to cover the cost of re-shipping the new item
A payment link will be provided before dispatch
