Our main headquarters is located in beautiful Cairns in Tropical North QLD but we ship our products internationally.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept payments via afterpay.

Absolutely. Our website is SSL-encrypted, ensuring that all your personal and payment information is safe and secure.

Because we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to change, cancel, or amend your order once it’s been placed.

We kindly ask that you take extra care to ensure all details—especially your shipping address, item selection, and discount codes—are correct before checking out.

For AusPost Standard Post: Estimated 2-5 business days for metro delivery and up to 11 business days for all other locations.

For AusPost Express Post: Estimated 1-2 business days for same state delivery and interstate capital cities, except WA and NT. 2-5 business days for all other locations.

Yes, we do! We currently ship worldwide. Shipping rates and times will vary depending on the destination. You can find all the information here.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

If your parcel is returned to us due to being unclaimed, customs fees not paid, or an incorrect delivery address, we’ll be in touch as soon as it arrives back at our HQ.

Here’s what you need to know:

• We don’t offer automatic refunds for returned-to-sender international parcels, as international shipping is a significant cost for us as a small business.
  
  
• We’re more than happy to resend your order—we’ll just ask you to cover the cost of reshipping. We’ll confirm your shipping address and send you a payment link once you're ready to go ahead.
  

If we don’t hear back from you within 14 days of getting in touch, we’ll consider the order abandoned and won’t be able to offer a refund or reshipment beyond that point.

In most cases, yes! Change of mind returns are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.

The mesh style knit allows baby to see out, but people can't see what's going on
underneath while you are feeding. The feedback we've received from mums who were wondering if it might be too see-through is that the Cowrie provides great
