Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and dispatched on weekdays (excluding public holidays) from our warehouse on the Gold Coast QLD Australia  within 1-3 business days from receiving the order. 

Orders placed with express shipping will have priority dispatch over standard shipping options. 

PLEASE NOTE: During sale periods and new releases, there may be slight delays in dispatching orders. We thank you for your patience! Please see Promotional Terms for more information.

All timeframes provided below are estimates only provided by Auspost and are subject to change without notice. For most up to date shipping time frames please visit Auspost 

Domestic Shipping

Standard Post: for Australian orders is a flat rate of $9.95. Estimated 2-5 business days for metro delivery and up to 11 business days for all other locations. 

Express Post: is available for $12 per order.  Estimated 2-4 business days for same state delivery and interstate capital cities, except WA and NT. 2-6 business days for all other locations. 

International Shipping

Please note:  Delivery times are estimates provided by Auspost and don't include any unforeseen additional customs processing time. 

All International shipping costs below are in AUD and will be converted to local currecny at checkout

New Zealand

Standard Post: AU$9.95 flat rate AusPost International Standard with tracking. Estimated 5-7 business days for metro delivery. Longer for rural locations.

Express Post: AU$14.95 flat rate AusPost International Express with tracking. Estimated 3-6 business days for metro delivery. Longer for rural locations.

EUROPE

Standard Post: AU$9.95 flat rate AusPost International Standard Post with tracking. Estimated 7-15 business days for delivery.

Express Post: AU$14.95 flat rate AusPost International Express with tracking. Estimated 5-10  business days for delivery

EU customers can enjoy ordering with all taxes and duties paid at checkout. 
1. All-Inclusive Pricing: For orders under €150  (excluding shipping and taxes), all 
VAT and customs duties are included at checkout. No extra charges on delivery. 
2. Faster Delivery: Orders under €150  benefit from quicker customs clearance, 
leading to faster delivery times. 
3. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated separately and not included in the 
€150  limit. Check shipping rates at checkout. 
4. Customs Charges: If for any reason local customs charge any fees upon delivery for an order under €150 , please contact our customer support at customersupport@amormama.com.au 

UNITED KINGDOM

Standard Post: AU$9.95 flat rate AusPost International Standard Post with tracking. Estimated 7-15 business days for delivery.

Standard Post: AU$9.95 flat rate AusPost International Standard Post with tracking. Estimated 5-11 business days for delivery depending on location

We ship to most countries worldwide! To find out the shipping rate for your country, add your Amormama goodies to cart and at checkout we will provide a shipping quote.

We ship worldwide via Australia Post and their local EMS delivery partners in each destination country.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Australia, within 1-3 business days of order being placed (delays may occur during busy promotional periods)

Delivery Delays

While most parcels arrive within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as:

Local postal or customs delays, Strikes or industrial action, Severe weather events or natural disasters, Peak seasonal volumes

Amor Mama cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by these external factors. Thank you for your understanding and patience during such events.

Import Duties: Overseas taxes, duties, tariffs or handling fees may be payable by the customer, dependant on your country. 

The customer is responsible for any local government import, duties or handling fees. Please check your local government and postal authority regulations.  The Postal Service will not be able to deliver your goods unless the applicable duties, taxes or tariffs are fully paid. Orders abandoned at customs due to non payment of taxes or duties or handling fees are not eligible for a full refund.

Note:Once your parcel is passed to our courier, you will receive the tracking details to monitor its progress

Shipping Protection Policy

We offer customers the option to add Shipping Protection at checkout for extra peace of mind.

If you choose to add Shipping Protection to your order, here’s what it covers:

Lost Parcels: If your parcel is lost in transit (i.e. there is no delivery scan or it is confirmed missing by the carrier), we’ll automatically resend your order—no questions asked.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, we’ll happily send you a replacement as soon as possible. Just email us with photos of the issue so we can get it sorted quickly.

What’s not covered:
Shipping Protection does not cover items that are marked as delivered by the courier but are not found by the customer (e.g. lost, stolen, or misplaced parcels after delivery). In these instances, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up directly with the courier or local postal service.

If Shipping Protection is not selected at checkout, we are unable to guarantee replacements for lost or damaged parcels.
